A graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in Consumer Science, Stephanie believes her career experience in commercial real estate, marketing, sales and contract execution strongly positions her for success in the residential real estate market. A native Houstonian, not only do Stephanie’s roots in the community run deep – her mother is a native Houstonian and her father has made Houston his home for 35-plus years – her husband’s family owns Montalbano Lumber Company, which has operated locally for more than 100 years. A skilled networker, both personally and professionally, Stephanie is enthusiastically involved in the community she loves. She is a volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo where she serves as Captain on the Trailblazer Committee.
